First: Do a remake of their avatar to reflect their inner self. Of course this will test their patients and their sense of humor. Probably they will not have any sense of humor, but it could be satisfying anyway.
Second: Watch out for mods that are close minded as they revel in censorship.

Third: Do not allow members or mods to make unwritten rules to manipulate the thread.
Fourth: Remember though not posting many are reading the post, so just put forth your point!
Fifth: Know there are some debates you will not win, but others reading the thread might follow up on any facts you LINK to. ;)
